The following information applies to all residences listed on this site, unless otherwise indicated.
CHECK IN/OUT TIMES
To allow for the house to be thoroughly cleaned before the next arriving customers, we ask that our guests check-in at or later than 4:00 pm* on the day of arrival and check-out at or earlier than 11:00 am on the date of departure.
*5:00pm for 7 Mile House, due to required cleaning time needed.
CLEANING ON DEPARTURE
One-time optional cleaning fee of $200.00 CAD paid upon arrival for stays of any number of nights or occupants for immediate departure. Should the property be sufficiently clean upon departure , a partial or full rebate of the cleaning fee may apply.
Balance of payment is due 10 days prior to arrival. In the summer months we accept payment by Cash or Bankers Cheque upon arrival, but otherwise via PayPal, Money Order or Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, or Travelers Cheques. Credit card payments and personal cheques are not accepted.
Reservation/ Damage Deposit
A reservation deposit of 40 percent of the rental amount is due to secure the desired dates (a personal cheque is fine for this purpose). Once received, those dates are officially reserved. The deposit cheque is held uncashed. Upon full rental payment, the reservation deposit is converted into a damage deposit for the duration of stay. After departure, the cleanup staff assesses the residence and when all has been found in order, the original deposit cheque is returned by mail.
For cancellation 90 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
All residences have a strict no smoking, no pets policy.
Parking is available and free for all residences listed. Wi-Fi, telephone and laundry use are available at all properties and are included in the rent.
